DATO’ MUSTIRAN ABD KADIR
Dato’ Mustiran was holding executive Master in Engineering and Business management (MBA) from AEU University (Asian E University). He is an innovative entrepreneur and a professional with almost three decades of experience in aviation. He started his career in Malaysia Airlines in 1982 and subsequently developed his expertise and passion in almost every aspect of ground handling services when he joined KL Airport Services (KLAS) in 1996. Dato Mustiran founded MNM Aviation Services Sdn Bhd in 2009, one of the independent GH pioneers in the country.
He was the CEO MNM Aviation Services Sdn Bhd and working closely development in Ground Handling Business and Operations. Several project undertaking by him is: involving Ground Handling operations in Papua New Guinea Airports (22 airports in PNG), AirAsia’s Cargo Terminal Warehouse and Operations (CTO) at LCCT KLIA and outsourcing of the ground handling operations for Malaysia Airlines Berhad / AeroDarat Services (ADS) at all airports in Malaysia. He was known in the industry for his customer service excellence and innovative solutions, especially in the fields of aviation in ground handling. He also active in NGO Majlis Perundingan Melayu (MPM) and he was heading the Cluster Aviation and Aerospace.
MOHD TAZHI BORHAN
Mohd Tazhi is an Electrical Engineer by profession with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University, Texas, USA. He received a MBA from Victoria University, Australia. Started his career in Aviation Industry in 1997 with KLAS as Project Manager for the setting up KLAS operations in KLIA. In KLAS, he was assigned to set up several divisions such as, Head of several divisions, Equipment Workshop Manager for the setting up of GSE Maintenance Workshop Division, Head of Procurement & Logistics Manager for the setting up Procurement and Logistics Division. Subsequently he was appointed as Head Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Division. Then he was promoted to Senior Manager (Head of Ops) in 2007 overseeing KLAS operations. Later, promoted as COO. His last position in KLAS as CEO, Jan. 2012 to Mar. 2014. Well known in the airline’s operations especially in Ground Handling, Cargo Handling, Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering and In-Flight Catering operations. In KLAS, he was also appointed as project director for several acquisitions exercise such as 100% acquisition of Konsortium Logistics Berhad (“KLB”).
RAJA MALEK FEISAL RAJA ANNUAR
Raja Malek Feisal started his career in the banking sector upon graduating from ITM Shah Alam in Business & Financial Planning in 1988. Expanding his career, he ventures into joining several manufacturing company. Moving forwards to achieve a wider vision and career path, he joined KLAS (a Ground Handling Company) in 1997 as their Finance Executive and since then has climbed up the ranks to manage and headed various Finance function as Head of Invoicing & Asset Management, Head of Recovery and Head of Finance (Subsidiaries). His last position was as Head of Procurement and Contract and based on the successful career path track records, he was seconded to few of DRB-HICOM subsidiaries to set up the Procurement functions/process. He left the GLC group in 2016.
FISOL ISMAIL
Fisol Ismail started his career with Malaysia Airlines in 1976 as Reservation Clerk and later transferred to Subang Airport as Traffic Clerk. His last position in Malaysia Airlines as Duty Manager. Joined Japan Airlines as Assistant Passenger Traffic Manager and based in Subang Airport from 1995 till 1997. Left Japan Airlines to joined KLAS (KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd) in 1997 as Assistant Manager and was responsible for the setting up of KLAS (KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd) in Penang. He is also a trainer for Passenger and Ramp handling, Customer Services and cargo handling in KLAS. Later promoted as Manager in Penang. 2009 Left KLAS to starts own business but failed, later joined MNM Aviation Services as Head of Operation, managing all domestic firefly destination. In 2017, join Raya Airways cargo airlines as Senior Manager Ground Operations. He is responsible for marketing and development to increase company revenue. 2020 Joined Mjets for a 3 months contract to convert Airline Passenger business to Cargo business. Having more than 30 years experienced in Aviation industry. He is well versed in airline’s Ground and Cargo Operation.
NORIZAM ISMAIL
Norizam started his career with Hasrat Asia in 2006. He is well verse in handling of General Aviation and private aircraft. He is a certified loadmaster and a seasoned ground handling operations professional with experience in serving general and private jets customer .
